Giga Power is now rolling out a compact folding treadmill that will be sold as a replacement for the company’s popular G2 model.
The new product is named the Alter G treadmill, and it promises to deliver a more comfortable and efficient way to walk around the house.
“We have seen tremendous success in the G2 series and we’re excited to be adding this product to our family,” GigaPowered president Paul Bostrom said in a statement.
“The Alter G is a much lighter, more compact version of the G3, which we’ve seen a lot of people use in the past and we hope this is the beginning of a new trend.”
Giga Powered is offering a $399 price tag for the product, which it describes as “a new level of comfort for people who walk a lot.”
The new treadmill is built to offer an extra-long battery life, which the company says will reduce the amount of time spent on the treadmill.
Giga Powered’s new model is called the Alter GT and is expected to launch later this year.
It’s not clear when Giga G might release a new version of its treadmill.
The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
