A $900 machine that allows you to walk around a living room in just five minutes could help with that too.
But, the machine also needs a lot of power, so a more conventional one would be a better fit.
A new device called the folding treadmill can do that and more.

The folding treadmill is being made by the UK company Rheel Technologies, which makes stationary bikes.
It uses a proprietary battery system that uses liquid electrolytes, which provide the energy to operate the machine, and then a mechanical controller that keeps the wheels turning in a controlled fashion.
Rheels says it has achieved a performance improvement of more than 30 per cent since its first model was tested in 2015.
The company says it could use the technology to help people with diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic pain.
“We can do the basic research and see if we can improve the function of this machine, so it can be used for people with different conditions,” said Rheelfs managing director, Alex Lutwak.
“We have to make sure that we get the performance of the machine up to the demands of people who are using this for mobility, but also to make it as efficient as possible for other people.”
The company recently launched the company’s first folding treadmill for the NHS, which is set to hit the market in 2021.
Its main drawback is that it uses liquid lithium-ion batteries.
It costs around $1 for a single pack and costs around three to five cents for a bundle.
“They’re not the cheapest battery to use, but they’re very good,” said Dr Lutwoak.
The machine also has a range of functions including walking, cycling, cycling on roads and walking on uneven surfaces, but the company said that in some cases it could be difficult to get the treadmill running in real time.
“You’re really limited in terms of the amount of data that you can put into it.
The treadmill is designed to run on a battery for about 10 hours a day, so you can only get to a maximum of about four hours a week,” Dr Lotwoak said.
But that’s a big problem for people who want to run for hours, or have long walks, so the company is building a system that enables you to run the treadmill for shorter periods.
The new machine is powered by a combination of liquid electrolyte batteries and lithium-air batteries.
Liquid electrolytes are relatively cheap and can last for years, so they’re not particularly energy intensive.
Lithium-air is expensive and not as energy dense, so if you can get it to last longer, you’ll get a performance boost.
Dr Lutwaak said the company had already tested a version of the system that could run for eight hours a night.
It was able to run at full speed for about five hours a minute and could be adjusted to run slower if needed.
But because the company was using liquid electrolysis, it needed a lot more power to operate.
“Liquid electrolytes take up a lot less space, so that makes them ideal for very long-duration runs, which are more energy intensive,” he said.
“For people who need a little bit more power, they can switch to lithium-iron batteries.”
The system also needs more battery power to be able to keep it running.
“If you’re using a lithium-based battery, the battery will only last for about 15 to 20 hours, so for people that want to be doing 10 or 15 hours of running a day or more, they really need to get a good balance between the amount they want to do that, the amount that their battery will last,” Dr Rhelfs said.
The system is expected to cost around $2,000 and can be purchased for about $1 each.
