A new pair on the treadmill might not be your average pair of athletic shoes.
If you’re prone to slip, you may want to take a closer look at the belt, the metal padding that goes around the belt.
Read More and the belt’s metal frame is covered with a flexible membrane.
The membrane is what makes the belt slip on and slip off.
Here’s how to get the most from your new pair.
First, put the buckle of the new belt on the belt loop, or the loop that’s attached to the buckle.
Use the belt to put on the new shoes.
Next, grab the strap that’s inside the new shoe.
You’ll want to put it on your calf, which is where the buckle goes.
Use your index finger and thumb to hold the strap down and slide the buckle on your ankle.
Then, slide the belt into place with the buckle and buckle.
This will pull the belt up and make the belt slide smoothly on your ankles.
You should be able to move your ankle easily.
The next step is to loosen the buckle at the ankle.
This is done by loosening the metal buckle that is the part that’s held in place by the elastic fabric.
This should feel like you’re pulling on the buckle with your fingers.
This helps to make sure that the buckle doesn’t slide down into your shoe.
Then tighten the buckle as well, making sure that you can feel the buckle pull out of the shoe.
This loosens the metal part of the buckle, which allows you to move the buckle without actually sliding the buckle out.
Finally, slide your new shoes on.
The belt will feel tight on the inside, but the rubber will stretch as it slips on and on.
You can slide the rubber down, making the belt stretch slightly more, or you can slip it back and forth.
