When and how do I get started?
The ADA has two steps to go through to get your new treadmill payment: Sign up for a $100 payment plan by visiting the ADA website.
The plan also requires that you pay your annual membership fee at the same time.
For example, if you’d like to pay $10 a month for three months, you would sign up for the payment plan for $10.
That way, you’re paying $10 each month for the three months you’ve already signed up.
The program also requires you to pay a monthly fee of $10 or $20 depending on how much you spend each month.
That fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly amount by the number of months you pay.
You don’t have to pay this monthly fee at all, but you should, especially if you have a higher income.
Once you’ve signed up for your payment plan, you’ll need to make your first payment by mail.
The fee is $25 for the first payment, $50 for each additional payment.
You’ll have three options for the next payment: A check, money order, or credit card.
You may also have to provide your driver’s license number.
How long does it take to make a payment?
Your payment can take anywhere from 30 to 90 days.
Your payment will automatically be deposited into your account at the end of each month, and the payments will continue to be made every month.
Do I need to pay for additional equipment?
Yes, you do.
However, you may have to purchase additional equipment, such as treadmills, treadmilling accessories, and treadmiller pedals.
There are some treadmill payment programs that do require additional equipment.
The American Academy of Pediatricians recommends that people who have arthritis, low back pain, or a history of knee or hip pain should start their treadmill payments by signing up for treadmill equipment.
Your physician may also recommend that you purchase treadmill pedals if you need additional support.
What are the minimum payments I should make?
$10 is the minimum payment for most of the payment plans.
You should consider the monthly fee as well as the amount of exercise you want to do each month as you decide which payment plan is best for you.
