In the past few years, people have been taking up the sport of treadmill scooting, and it has become a major trend in the US.
It’s no longer a novelty, as a new study out of Johns Hopkins University shows that treadmill scooters are actually a great way to boost your physical fitness.
The study, led by John D. Ochsner, MD, professor of pediatrics and director of the department of pediatric pediatrics at Johns Hopkins, looked at the safety and effectiveness of using a treadmill machine for up to four weeks to improve cardiovascular health.
In the study, published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine, the researchers followed 3,788 people who had completed a two-week treadmill program.
Participants were given two treadmill machines to use for two weeks each.
They also took the same exercise routine as the participants who had not participated in the study and they were monitored for improvements in cardiovascular health and biomarkers of inflammation.
The study found that the treadmill training did not increase the risk of developing any heart disease or type 2 diabetes, and that the results showed that the exercise was safe.
“These results are in line with what we’ve seen in the past,” Ochssner said.
“We have seen an increase in treadmill users in the last five years.
We’ve seen that people who are active on a treadmill for up and over four weeks actually do better.
We also found that it’s really safe.
We see no signs of toxicity.
We didn’t see any changes in biomarkers.”
The researchers found that while the treadmill was not as safe as walking for people with existing conditions, it was still safe for those who had been taking regular exercise.
“This is a very good safety report,” OChsner said about the study.
“It’s really encouraging that we’ve been able to show that the type of treadmill exercise that we were doing actually improves cardiovascular health, and we have evidence that this can actually improve biomarkers for heart disease and diabetes.

They found that exercise on a regular basis, even for up, was still a great strategy for people who already have cardiovascular diseases or diabetes, as well as those who have had surgery, are overweight, or are taking drugs to treat their conditions.”
It’s not surprising that this exercise can help people who need to exercise because it’s a proven method of improving cardiovascular health,” OCHsner added.”
So if you have heart disease, diabetes, or a wide variety of conditions that are very common in people with these conditions, you really should look at these as a way to improve them.
